Lending criteria

You can transfer your client’s mortgage if their mortgage started after June 2014. Simply select a product and apply online.

If you have any clients with a mortgage that started before June 2014 or the account number does not start with 80, please get in touch with us before giving advice.

The Bank of Ireland Standard Variable Rate is currently 6.94%. The Lending Fee is £195 (due on completion, but can be deferred until mortgage is fully repaid). All information correct as at 16/09/2026.
